Required recruitment consultant
Job Tasks
* Operating the CV data base
* Receiving and understanding the hiring needs
* CV sorting for best position match
* Writing summary on search finding
* Listing all CVs in a file for Phone calls
* Follow up to prospect candidates to determine suitability
* on average 50 calls -
* Reporting to the Manager for selection process
* HR related other tasks may also be assigned
* Meeting daily targets
Qualification
* Graduate or under graduate degree in IT (preferable) or - Graduate of a Business school Competencies -
* Versatile enough to work on a variety of different position types -
* Preferably knowledge or potential to understand the engineering and IT Industry
* Good spoken and written English to communicate well.
* Ability makes good judgment on how to handle difficult/different situations on a daily basis.
* Basic degree/diploma in any discipline
Skills Required:
Computer skills:
*How to use Windows, Outlook and ability to learn navigation and usage of online recruitment system.
* Other Suitability
* Punctual and willing to start his/her early day
* Sharp and people friendly
* Adoptability with international working hours
* Able to communicate with other nationals/ Multicultural work force
