Job Description:
We are looking to hire a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants (Evening Shift) to service our UK clients. Working from our DHA office you will develop your knowledge about the UK recruitment industry by working on client vacancy assignments: interacting with UK clients to understand their requirements; internet research to target companies for head hunt purposes; posting job adverts on UK job portals, sourcing CVs from online CV databases; matching CVs with vacancy requirements; telephone screening candidates; updating and managing client CRM system
Skills Required:
- Graduate caliber, preferably with degree in Computer Sciences/Business Administration.
- High level of Computer Literacy is essential
- Excellent English Language skills (written and spoken) with a desire to develop fluency to a business level standard.
- Previous experience of working with a BPO would be a bonus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good internet searching skills.
- Self motivated and team focused individual with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
