Job Description:

Monitoring of LinkdotNet Network devices Core network & access network.

Level 1 trouble shooting of all network elements.

Making daily NOC report for the down incidents after every shift.

Operate CRM for assigning task to other concern support teams.

Intimate the Support departments for any down incident happened.

Keep track and participate in network planned activities.

Has to work in 3 shifts, Morning, Evening & nights.
