| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Our client is looking for an experienced IT Manager with at least 5 yrs in an IT Management position preferably in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have the below attributes Management: • Experience managing IT teams of 15 employees or more • Will have managed both Infrastructure and Business Application functions • Service Desk / Help Desk experience • Experience in project and budget management • Will be business process driven with broad knowledge of cross-functional business procedures • Experience of working within an ITIL environment • Ability to think strategically to reengineer & develop business processes • Excellent Interpersonal and oral, written and presentation skills Technical: • Microsoft Active Directory / Server systems, Exchange, Sharepoint Portal Server, ISA • Networking based on Cisco Check Point and Juniper products • Telephony, VOIP • Security • Experience in ERP (MS-Axapta is a plus) |
