We have an urgent opening for IT Service Analyst - Change Management Department: IT - IT Infrastructure in UAE (Dubai & AUH) Following are the details of the requirement: Company: Leading IT Company in UAE Location : UAE (Dubai & AUH) Designation: IT Service Analyst - Change Management Department: IT - IT Infrastructure Education : Any Experience : Minimum 3 years in an IT Service Management and/or Change Management Job Title: IT Service Analyst - Change Management Department: IT - IT Infrastructure Job Purpose: The IT Service Analyst - Change and Configuration Management ensures the clients teams and users use standardized methods and procedures to efficiently and effectively handle all changes. Define, enhance, document, implement, measure and promote the policies, guidelines, standards and processes to effectively and efficiently implement and maintain Change Management. Principal Accountabilities / Key Result Areas: • Ensure standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling all changes at the client. • Develop and maintain Change Management processes, procedures and documentation • Provide Change Management support 24 x 7 • Assess change impact and estimate resources for all RFCs at the client • Assess risk associated to change implementation • Develop and maintain change models for efficient and effective processing of change requests • Coordinate and manage the change implementation in the Production environment • Monitor and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Change Management and make Recommendations for quality and service improvement • Work closely with the change initiators to ensure change records are complete • Receive, log, and allocate priorities to all Requests for Change (RFCs) • Highlight and ensure all associated risks, urgency, and impacts are identified prior to Making the change • Classify change requests based on urgency, category, and models • Participate in the technical evaluation of changes • Provide reports on change statistics (daily, weekly, and as required), this is to include adhoc reports and queries as required • Conduct periodic reviews as required and suggests and recommends improvements as necessary • Facilitate and coordinate changes in the IT Data Centre environment, this is to include Oat, Centre scheduled maintenance and shutdowns, and other related support requirements Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies: • Strong skills, experience, and knowledge of Change Management • Solid skills and experience in coordinating enhancements, roll outs, fixes, releases, and upgrades • Good understanding of IT Service Management emerging trends, technologies, and tools • Strong reporting and documentation skills Qualification: • Associates Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline • ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management is a plus • International Certifications is preferred Experience: • At least 3 years working experience in an IT Service Management and / or Change Management • Strong Knowledge of the Change Management process and international best practices for the support and delivery ofIT services (Incident, Problem, and Release Management) • Strong Project Management knowledge of methodologies Core Competencies: •Well developed verbal communications skills (preferably in both Arabic and English) • Good analytical reasoning abilities • Customer service and results oriented • Team player and co-operation • Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures • Capable of working long hours and under stress • Meet company timelines and objectives • Respect authorities and hierarchy structure If you are interested, Please forward us your updated word resume on network5@crysol.com with the following details mentioned below: Current Salary : Expected Salary : Notice period : Immediate Contact No: Thanks & Regards Dimple Resource Executive Crystal Solutions Pvt.
