Job Description/
Responsibilities
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in IT/Degree in Computer Science from a recognized university. Certifications: MCSE , CISA , CCSP/CISSP certifications highly desired Proficiency: IT Infrastructure, Information System Auditing and Security management. Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure technology with at lest 5 years as a Technical Support Manager/Lead or Senior Engineering Consultant level. Technical skills: Experience in IT Infrastructure, Troubleshooting, Network communications, Clustering solutions, Migration, SAN/NAS storage and Backup solutions (VERITAS), Tape Library and Blade Servers on Microsoft enterprise products preferably on HP and DELL. Experience in networking products such as CISCO, EXTREME and JUNIPER. Should have solid experience in Microsoft solutions especially Exchange Server, ISA Server, Domain Controller and Hardware troubleshooting. Management skills: Should have prior experience in managing IT departments, Project management, Outsourcing, Tender evaluations, bidding and Technology review. Supervisory skills: Must have the ability to manage and lead a group of 70 to 100 Engineers and Technicians in diverse divisions of PC, Printers, Scanners, Enterprise and networking workshops.
 
Candidate Requirement
