Administration and successful implementation of the project by managing the daily project activities to facilitate the work of the project staff on various levels.

1.    Assist project coordinator to manage project implementation at provisional level.
2.    Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
3.    Provide technical support to finance and administrative staff.
4.     Assist with human resource issues related to project staff.
5.    Review activities for compliance with Rahnuma policies and procedures.
6.    Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
7.    Ensuring proper communication setup between local, public, private services provider and Project Team
8.    Conduct   meetings with team members to know the status of the project and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results.
9.    Identify the key factors that led to the completion of the project and also those that were not beneficial for the project.
10.    Facilitate and support the research team.
11.    Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner.
12.    Establishe high standards of excellence, honesty, integrity and professionalism in Community relations.
13.    Ability to deal with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the Donor
14.    Monitor and control all expenditures within agreed project budgets.
15.    Ensure project documents/reports are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
16.    Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
