| Job Description/ Responsibilities | The General Manager is responsible for managing all the phases of administration of SADA Business Centers such as:- - Supervise all the employees & their assignments. - Prepare SADA Business Centers' annual budget and monitor results through the year. - Monitor the quality of SADA Business Centers' services and amenities to ensure maximum occupancy and customers satisfaction. - Develop and implement plans to reach long term goals. - Provide leadership and promote team work. - Communicate and negotiate effectively with current and potential clients. - Have strong personality with communicative skills in both languages, English and Arabic. - Have experience in marketing, sales & IT. |
