Immaculate receptionist required (Sharjah, UAE)
Immaculate receptionist required who provides single point of contact in an aviation services company for employees, customer and administrative support.
Main duties
Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties
Provide information regarding activities conducted at establishment; location of departments, offices, and employees within organisation.
Provide administrative support, as required by all departments, under the authority of HR & Admin officer (line manager).
Nationality: Preferably Indian; Pakistanis
Exclusions: If you have mostly admin experience and under three years solid reception experience please do not apply. We are looking for a receptionist - NOT an admin assistant.
Qualifications: High school diploma in appropriate subjects and/or equivalent experience in the service sector - preferably the hotel industry
Industry: Aviation support
Experience: Minimum - three years consecutive experience
Reporting to: HR & Admin Officer
Location: SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED3000 (probation) to 3450 (post-probation), dependent on individual candidate presentation and experience
Benefits: Accommodation (singles only); Company transport - both included with the basic salary.
