Accountable to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all budgets, forecasts, and target goals within the hotel. Financial Controller

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s premium hotel groups and they are now seeking a young and energetic Financial Controller. This new hotel is based in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Financial Controller is a key member of the management team who will lead and assume responsibility for all areas of finance and accounting in the pre-opening stage. This will include setup of policies, valuation of systems, financial analysis, cash flow management and the implementation of strategic cost control systems. You will be involved in all aspects of business planning. Proficiency in English is a must with Arabic a distinct advantage.

This role will suit a new up-and-coming financial wizard. You are either seeking your first fully-fledged position as a Financial Controller or looking for a new challenge.

You will have strong technical accounting and leadership skills and the passion to drive continuous improvement in systems and processes in the hotel. Executive Chef

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s premium hotel groups and they are now seeking a young and energetic Executive Chef. This new hotel is based in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Executive Chef will direct the food preparation, production and control for all food outlets and banquet facilities within the hotel. This role is responsible for enhancing the food product that is presented to guests, making changes to respond to market place and guest needs, and recommending changes in food product as a result of market research. The Executive Chef provides support of a specialist nature to the Executive Committee. S/he will also be responsible for the selection, hiring, training and development of culinary associates. S/he will be responsible for the financial management of the department.
