Job Description:
* Check and assure Quality of deliveries of fresh food.
* Estimate food consumption, place orders with suppliers, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.
* Identify and estimate quantities of foods, beverages and supplies to be ordered.
* Monitor and control cost of purchases and production.
* Select/Create successful menu items based on many considerations, and assign prices based on cost analysis.
* Recruit, Hire and provide necessary training to staff with coordination of HR Department.
* Monitor food presentation and methods
Skills Required:
* Graduate (Business Graduate Preferable)
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Excellent Leadership Skills
* Candidate should have pleasant personality
* Time Management Skills.
* Cost controlling and budgeting skills.
