Job Description:
1. Maintain and strengthen all Business Alliances and Partnerships
2. Work to improve existing relationships and take them to the next level
3. Serve as the single point of contact for all Partners and Business Alliances
4. Establish relationships that are identified by management
5. Update KalSoft internal departments and external offices of all updates with respect to partners
6. Make sure that all legal and procedural requirements from partners are fulfilled on time and according to procedure for successful continuation of the relationship
7. Make sure that maximum benefits from partners are utilized
8. Make sure that maximum opportunities from partners are availed
9. Keep partners updated on KalSoft developments and updates
10. Ensure strong PR within the partner entity
11. Understand the inner workings of all partner structures and interfaces and capitalize on all possible opportunities
12. Be informed of all key updates about partners and update key decision 13. Keep sales and marketing departments updates about required information from partners
14. Responsible for all partnership agreements and making sure that all KalSoft interests are safe guarded and maximum benefit is utilized
15. Keep all agreements up to date with respect to alliances and partnerships
16. Responsible for Customer Relations from KalSoft HQ perspective
