We need a Software Architect/ Project Manager who must have strong understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, Enterprise Application Architecture. Proven usage of Microsoft’s best practices and able to adopt latest technology trends.

Education: BS/Masters in Computer Science.

Experience: 2-3years as Architect/Project Manager & 8+ years of over all experience.

Skills Required:

• Agile/Scrum/RUP Software Development Methodology.
• Designing enterprise application framework.
• Asp.Net 2.0/3.5 and Webservices.
• Test Driven development.
• Prepare and maintain project plan.
• Schedule, allocate, and track project activities.
• Monitor the cost, schedule, and quality of the project.
• Ensure project is executing as per the planned schedule, cost, and quality.
• Request for project resources and ensure their availability for the project.
• Collect and analyze project metrics.
• Report the project status periodically to top management.
• Identify/develop tools, standards, and guidelines suitable for the project in consultation with the Process Team.
• Identify project related training for team members.
• Review and explain team members of their performance frequently and forward appraisals for approval to VP.
• Formally track problems and issues to closure.
• Ensure corrective actions for defects reported during reviews and tests.
• Communicate and work with other organizational departments to resolve project related issues.
• Manage resources appropriately.
• Maintain the morale of team.
• Manage individual issues, concerns and needs of every team member.
• Facilitate team agreements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preference will be given to those who holds Microsoft .Net certification and possesses knowledge of Hospital Management Systems.
