1. Networking with the relevant resource person in each area where the organization intends to start/expand operations.
2. Maintain database of all current staff, their residence information and organizational gender balance.
3. Complete recruitment procedure, including coordination with candidates, logistic arrangements and conduction of interviews in the presence of a relevant department person.

7. Plan the placements of new joiners while ensuring maximum satisfaction through local placements and ensure timely transfers after training is completed.
8. Be the focal point for trainee issues from branches and residences.
