Job Description:

The job holder will assist Factory HR Manager in planning and implementation of HR / IR strategies. The incumbent will play an active role in implementing change management initiatives and will also assist in managing of factory in-house T&D programs and Guide and educate unions as strategic business partners.
Skills Required
MBA Majors in HR or Masters Degree in Social Sciences.
2 years experience in Collective Bargaining and other HRM related issues in an industrial environment
Well versed with new HR Concepts.
