Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following activities in HR Department:
Mainly responsible to work as HR generalist and facilitate in the performance of key HR functions including Recruiting, Staffing, Resource Planning and looking after HRIS etc.
Coordinating with Colleges and Universities for the Recruitment and Selection needs, campus hiring and presentations and coordinating with consultants as well.
Conducts follow-ups on selection with relevant functions to ensure efficient execution of the selection process.
Executes the hiring process as per corporate policy and practices
Orientation of new employees.
Coordinate with regional HR representatives for performing the HR functions.
Prepares periodic reports pertaining to key functions of Human Resources etc.
Skills Required
