IT Service Desk Officers
Overview To provide IT support in expanding infrastructure and increasing employees/users
Reports To Manager IT Service Desk;
Work Location Islamabad, Abbotabad
Experience Required 1. Hardware and Software Knowledge
2. Operating System Installation and troubleshooting
3. Basic knowledge of Internet, email and other network based application mechanism
Key Responsibilities
Respond to complaints on IT help desk
Day to day IT support issues related to end users
Front end application, software, system, network support
4. Follow up with other IT teams for back end issues effecting end user functionality
Software installations and PC hardware maintenance
Desktop and LAN support
BSS application support
Personal Attributes
Should be able to handle heavy work load effectively and efficiently.
Should be able to work under pressure to troubleshoot in minimum possible time
Should have solution finding approach
Should be able to work on odd timings and weekends in cases of emergencies
Should be able to understand end user complaints and respond efficiently
Education/Professional Qualification BCS, BE-IT
