Software Licensing Analyst Full time job in Islamabad , Pakistan

Prioritize daily workload to meet established deadlines
Achieve a cross-functional understanding of roles within En Pointe in order to provide superior customer service
Create Vendor Relationships and Partnerships through trust and consistency
Work closely with vendors on pricing, availability
Negotiate best pricing, terms and freight
Work closely with vendors on vendor specific requirements
Assist legal department in reviewing and completion of vendor contracts or agreements for new or existing vendors
Maintain a professional and courteous work ethics




   

Research the product and get the best Pricing solution for customers
Make sure that request came in for research initiate ASAP
Provide customer information(if required) to get the appropriate quote from publisher
Make sure we are authorize to purchase from publisher before sending quote to Make the products available in SAP for Sales team for order processing
Manage Software Licensing Programs for various publisher in SAP
Maintain price catalogs of distributor/publisher in SAP on daily/weekly basis
Back up team members as needed
Perform special projects as assigned
Participate in late night shift (if required) as assigned by management
