The role includes
- Responsibility for revenue growth & bottom line of the company through new contract signing and negotiating renewals on revised commercial terms with banks or financial institutions.
- To effectively manage the portfolio of accounts assigned via direct meetings, regular visits & taking regular feedback from customers on service & development.
- To provide clients with thought leadership in areas of First Data expertise, enabling enriched client profitability and performance, whilst generating additional revenue streams for First Data.
- To develop close relationships with Key personnel within the organization.
- To ensure customer satisfaction through regular meetings with Client Service team.
The ideal candidate will have experience of the electronic payments and/or retail industries. Have good sales, business development skills and be able to work effectively in a matrix managed organization.
