| Job Description/ Responsibilities | One of the leading Companies in UAE, is looking for a Business Process Excellence Head - Quality. The main responsibilities include * Execution of Process Consulting assignments for strategic units; * Leveraging process models such as CMM, CMMI, ITIL and improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma; * Carrying out gap analysis / assessments, making recommendations, developing & implementing process improvement roadmap; * Provide support in terms of preparation of proposals and making presentations; * Work with the sales / business development function in creating and converting process consulting opportunities * Manage business relationships and facilitate downstream opportunities for other service offerings * He / she should be an expert on Six Sigma Methodology * The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years in the field of Quality Assurance and should be a Master Black Belt |
