  CIO / DIRECTOR OF IT [REPORTS TO PRESIDENT]

eSoul LLC. is looking for an experienced CIO/Director of IX the position will require the ability to:

* Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and
administers the day to day IT operations and logistics of the firm.
* Develop Strategic plans and implement the objectives of the IT needs for the
companys growth,
* Establish and implement short-term and long-range departmental goals,
objectives, policies and operating procedures.
* Maintain awareness and knowledge of emerging technologies.
* Oversee the design, development implementation of new applications and
changes to existing computer systems and software packages,
* Develop annual budget.

Requirments:

* 10+ years of significant Information Services, Enterprise Integration & ERP
experience. General knowledge of all aspects of Information Technology and
Services. Proven leadership skills. Excellent communication skills. Working
knowledge of systems development methodologies.

Ability to plan and lead project development for offshore outsourcing projects.
This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Masters Degree in information technology or computer science and experience in a senior-level information technology position.
