Primary skill set requirement - Flash AS2.0, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Secondary skill set requirement Flash AS3.0
Hands-on experience on Client-Server applications.
Thorough experience with dynamic, interactive content in Flash 7 or later versions.
Familiar with Flash Remoting Server, Flash Communication Server and Socket Server.
Successful track record of compatibility, detection, and optimization techniques with Flash & Adobe products.
Extensive knowledge of - Good understanding of issues related to Flash applications for website usage (e.g. bandwidth limitations)
Strong Experience developing Flash applications that integrate video control and streaming
Ability to work with custom Flash components
Strong analytical ability and debugging skills
