The ideal candidate will be able to handle anything in Flash and has a discerning design eye with the technical savvy to make it work within the design parameters. Basically, you will be a jack-of-all-trades and are confident you can take on any task. You will have experience working with graphic designers to produce animation storyboards, banner ads, and character based animations and an exceptional knack to take illustrations and put them into motion. You will also have high volume, deadline-based experience and be used to a fast-paced, ever changing, and challenging work environment. You should also be very familiar with the design process and what it takes to please clients, adopting their product's look and feel and taking it to the next level. Jaw-dropping Flash, eye-popping effects, and an excellent portfolio are all ways to describe your work and how you want your career to grow within the context of an excellent team environment that bolsters your growth and success. Selected Duties:
· Take illustrator comps and produce quality animations in flash
· Create 2-3 large-scale modules with interactive buttons and load bar animations
· Able to translate static comps to motion-based pieces with scripted time-based animation.
· Fit and resize flash files for use in web banners and landing pages, micro sites, etc...
Requirements:
· Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash with action script 2.0 knowledge (CS3 Preferred)
· 2+ years of agency experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
· Good understanding of web technologies with respect to how Flash interacts with web-based technologies.
· Experience with video and sound editing software a plus, but not required
· The love for Flash design and the technical know how to make your design come to life.
