* Good overall development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/) skills.
* Intermediate knowledge of PHP and MySQL will be highly preferred.
* Balance of design and technical skills
* Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, etc.)
