| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
We are recruiting an Offshore Sourcing Manager who will manage overall
relations with the offshore partners for the Offshore Development
Center (ODC) and Dedicated Development Center (DDC) and other future
centers. You will be required to ensure the offshore model and
deliveries support the needs of the Emirates Group IT Strategic
Sourcing team as well as those of Emirates Group IT (EGIT) and the
business strategy. You will ensure that the offshore centers are
managed as extended development centers of EGIT Dubai, in line with
EGIT standards, processes and quality expectations. You will measure the performance of the center and constantly seek and suggest to the partner and EGIT teams areas of improvement through effective use of the skills, experience and capability of the centers and partners. You will ensure that the partnerships are fruitful, meet the goals of both organizations and continue to deliver productivity and financial value to the Group. |

| Profile | Information Technology, Development 8+ Years. Experience managing an offshore centre as a supplier or managing offshore partners from a customer perspective. Experience of supplier management. Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent). Management experience of which at least three years should be at a senior level in IT. Professional Skills: Business/IS strategy and planning, Sourcing and off shore management experience, Systems development, Business Change Management and Relationship management. |
