VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for IPTV Specialist for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skill Set required:

·         5+ years experience in Telecoms. Industry, Product Development &/or Marketing.

·         Experience with IPTV technology & services.

·         Financial & Accounting Knowledge with Business Case development Experience.

·         Project Management with Knowledge of companies Products & Services.

·        Broad knowledge of Current & Emerging Telecommunications related technologies & systems, with Industry trends/Global Business Environments. Also have knowledge of competitors’ strategies & tactics.

·         BSc or Higher, Specialization in Telecoms, Business Studies &/or Marketing preferred.Responsibilities

* Define, create, develop and deploy new products based on priorities set by P&S development roadmap & strategy. Formalize and manage the product development process from end to end, including idea generation, concept development and approval, and launch execution.
* Create product business plans, and marketing strategy documents that accurately describe a business opportunity, key resource requirements and timelines, competitive environment, pricing, positioning, distribution and financial projections.
* Prepare necessary papers related to product development with full supporting business cases for submission to secure the necessary approvals from top managements.  .
* Project manage all phases of the development process, including working closely with the engineering, IT, finance, procurements, sales & marketing, front offices, the legal & regulatory teams, and the executive management to bring a product to successful launch on-time and within budget.
* Prepare the right documentations to obtain all required approvals and licenses from the related local/external telecommunications regulatory and authorities.
* Produce and maintain detailed product specifications, service definition and processes for delivered and planned products.
* Form and lead Product Development Teams (PDT) for P&S development to handle all aspects from preliminary investigation stage to stable operation.
* Liaise and coordinate all product related activities with the counterpart Network Development Team (NDT).
* Liaise with the Sales & Marketing team for the most suited and on time marketing activities.
* Meet performance targets agreed with GM Product Development & Strategy.
* Manage the hand-over activities of new P&S to the P&S management teams and the rest of the value chain.
* Review and/or develop internal and interdepartmental processes to maintain smooth operation and workflow
