VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India.VAM SYSTEMS currently looking for IT Data Centre Support for one of our clients which is a leading bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions.Skill Set required:· Strong experience in data centre operation.· Strong experience in Equation and AS/400.· Ensure all systems are ready for the users to start the work daily.· Help resolve problems related to hardware and software.· Maintain backups of the entire system and other backups as needed.· Monitor and resolve ATM and other remote equipment related problems.· Ensure maintenance of IT servers along with tracking back up tapes.· Ensure that telephone sets and lines are properly working.· Handle all end of day processing during night shift and at other times.
- Monitoring all systems, identify and escalate problems
- Logging problems and hardware related issues
- Ensure complete and accurate end of day processing
- Configuring systems and users as required
- Knowledge of networking, Windows servers, systems generally
