VINIRMA Consulting currently looking for IT GRC Manager for one of our clients which is a leading Banks in UAE with the following skill set and terms and conditions.Skill Set required:Job Purpose· Skills in IT Governance, Risk Managernent and Compliance Skills in Risk Assessments.· Ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place. · Actively support Risk Management processes, providing guidance to IT CRC. · Analysts and coordinating all IT GRC projects (including all security
assessments). · Support the implementation of IT GRC tools, defming risk metrics and dashboards.· Identify and map key business processes, relevant controls and necessary testing in order to prioritize mitigation actions and investments. · Ensure the establishment ofa framework for IT GRC as per industry best practices. · Establish a communication plan to continuously market, communicate and reinforce the need and value of IT GRC across the Bank. · Support risk management processes and IT CRC projects.· Assist senior management by aligning IT initiatives with business objectives
Implement timely reporting on risk events and responses to appropriate levels of management. · Support permanent review of information security policies. · Support the development of the Bank’s requirements and objectives and ensuring process and control model. · IT CRC Framework, defining the it is based on a comprehensive IT.
