VINIRMA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a 3600 Human Resource Management Consulting and Staffing Services Organization with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore & India. VINIRMA Consulting currently looking for IT GRC Senior Analyst for one of our clients which is a leading Banks in UAE with the following skill set and terms and conditions.Skill Set required:Job Purpose· Ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place · Actively support Risk Management processes · Support the implementation of IT GRC tools Principal Accountabilities:· Design, create and review information security policies · Support the establishment of a framework for IT GRC as per industry best practices · Risk assessment and management, including risk modeling, analysis and mitigation · Support risk management processes and IT GRC projects · Technical security architecture assessment1development, including at application, network, and system levels · Support permanent review of information security policies · Regulatory compliance and compliance with internal policies Qualification: Degree preferably in Computer Science
• Security certifications desirable (CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, etc)Experience Required: Minimum 5 years.Minimum 1 years in Governance or Risk Management
Minimum 2 years in the Banking community (desirable)
Knowledge of Project Management (desirable) Skills:• Sound knowledge of IT Security technologies/solutions, networking protocols, etc
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of a diverse team
• Skills in IT Governance, Risk Management and Compliance
• Skills in Risk Assessments
• Good communication skills
• Good writing skills
• Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills
