Job Description:
VINIRMA Consulting currently looking for IT Senior Engineer for one of our clients which is a leading Organization in Oman with the following skill set and terms and conditions.Skill Set required:3-5 Years Technical and Functional experience in Maximo – Computerized Maintenance Management System (MRO Product).Experience in Oil Refinery in Middle East Added advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES· Lead implementation and support activities.· Participates in developing staffing plans and procedures for operating policies· Oversees operation and maintenance of IT system· Develops new IT system procedures and applications. · Performs planning of strategic and architectural direction for the business.· Participates in hardware evaluation and planning.· Liaise with relevant experts within the business as well as continuous liaison with external suppliers· Oversees the design and control of IT projects to be implemented and provides cost control and contact services to the user department.· Assists manager and staff in implementation and selection of IT software and hardware, application, and services.· Participates in budget preparation.· Prepare project tenders and complete evaluation. Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.E / MCA
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent qualification with formal training in IT systems or software development.
- Certificate and actual work experience in IT Projects management.
- At least 7 years experience in IT system administration or system development
- Wide range of vendor courses relevant to the job including database, application and network technologies.
- A very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
- Good communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Team Player qualities are must.
