J2EE - Technical Lead

So far we have successfully provided number of professionals from across the world to different industries like Technology, FMCG, Health care, Oil & Gas, Telecom and Financial sectors.
Currently our Bahrain based CLIENT is urgently looking for Technical Lead for its Bahrain office.
Details are as under:
Job Title : Technical Lead
Qualification : BS (CS) or related discipline
Experience : 5 - 10 years
Location : Bahrain Job
Description:
* Technical Lead will be leading Analyst, DBA and Developers.
* J2EE platform advance knowledge and experience with client/server and thin client applications, object oriented analysis and design.
* RDBMS design and implementation (stored procedures, views, queries, normalization, etc).
* AJAX, EJB, Servlets, JDBC, JSP, struts, web & application server, XML/ HTML / DHTML / JavaScript.
* Crystal enterprise reporting.
* Knowledge and application of latest development methodologies.
* Ability of managing data migration process,
* Familiarity with business functions (purchasing, finance)
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audience are required.
