The candidate:
* Should have Bachelors/ Masters Degree in BCS or any other relevant respect from some recognized institution.
* Should have Minimum 2 years J2EE working experience.
* Should have knowledge of most of Java, Java EE, Struts, Ant, Cruise control, EJBs, XSLT, XML, JDBC, Web services.
* Should have excellent written and oral English Communication skills.
* Should have Strong analytical, problem solving and planning ability.
* Should be good team player, quick learner.
* Should be responsible and able to manage workload.
