Job Description:
We are seeking a Team Lead to manage the development of an enterprise web application.
The ideal candidate should have advance knowledge of J2EE, object-oriented design principles, and good exposure to open source technologies.
Experience with hosted platforms and Web 2.0 technologies (DHTML, DOM, and AJAX) is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in database internals with focus on query optimization, execution planning and data structure access methods is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for product architecture, addressing product performance, reliability, scalability and security for an enterprise level cloud-hosted solution.
Skills Required:
* 3-5 years experience in software development using J2EE and open-source technologies
* Experience in DHTML, Javascript, EJB, JSP, Hibernate, Spring, Struts with a focus on web development
* Excellent knowledge of design patterns, databases, UML, XP, OOD/OOA, MVC frameworks
* Demonstrated ability to lead other developers in design and implementation
* Good knowledge and experience in Optimization techniques
* BS Computer Science
