Job Description:

VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Technology Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Australia, USA, Singapore and India.VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Loans Administration –Professional for one of our clients which is a leading bank in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions.Purpose:  To effectively manage the end to end process of all loans administration including the input, disbursement and control of the loans port folio. To manage a team and process to provide high quality, low cost support service to the business. Impact/ Accountability. 
  1. Directs the loan administration operation process (i.e. the loan processing back office) by effectively deployment of people and systems to deliver business support in adherence to cycle times.
  2. Design efficient standardized processes for standard retail loan products to achieve efficient low cost delivery.
  3. Design flexible and responsive loans processing for non standardized corporate and private banking products to achieve efficient and low cost delivery.
  4. Reviews and monitors the efficiency of customers and business query resolution and allocate the required resources to maintain optimum level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Opens an ongoing dialogue with all the business areas in the bank in order to define their requirements and subsequently coordinate with HRD and ITD to align the adequate staffing systems resources that enables our area to provide the optimum level of back office operational services.
  6. Manage loans administration activities by ensuring compliance with BANK standards regulatory requirements and agreed SLA with business.
  7. Frequently reviews end to end process to identify any potential enhancement to the existing systems and coordinate with ITD to implement such enhancement that should improve the process efficiency of resolve any loophole.
  8. Develop a team, coach and train to ensure appropriate staff coverage and skills to meet business driven volumes and varying complexity of business loan products.
 Domain                       : BankingExperience Required             : 8+ yrs banking exp. with min 5 yrs in a managerial capacity.Terms and conditions: Joining time frame    : 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)The selected candidates shall be a direct employee of one of the leading banks in Qatar.
