Candidate must be BCS/ BIT
Can manage the LAN as well good experience of handling VoIP Operations, Call controls (call tracking, call monitoring, call forwarding, conference calling, etc), Should be well aware of different dialer modes, can easily control the network with Manual or Predictive Dialer. Experience in VOI (Voice over internet)
Experience Required: 2 years
timing 11:00pm to 7:00 am
Skills Required:
