Job Description:

Salsoft is seeking Project Coordination Officers, well experienced and capable of handling Web based IT projects. Manage the implementation of web-development projects under the supervision of Project Manager
Monitor and manage project activities at grass root level during each phase of project life
Perform client relationship management i.e. communicating with client about each project on daily basis, updating clients daily
Manage QA of each project i.e. looking after QA reports and focusing on project closing along with QA team of each project
Give directives to Team Leads/Designers/Developers and QA persons
Manage the contracts with the Outsourcing Partners/Clients/Freelancers. This involves establishing commitments with the contractor, and tracking and reviewing the contractor's performance and results
Report regular progress to the Project Manager
To analyze predefined requirements, budgets, and schedules of projects.
Manage projects from design to development to implementation, working with internal and external clients, vendors, consultants, and computer specialists.
Provide regular status reports on Application development progress and issues to team leads
Managing information security of an organization

Technologies, Languages & Tools:

Should have sound Knowledge of SDLC, RDBMS, ERD, Object Oriented and relational design strategies/methodologies
Basic Knowledge of Languages i.e. Php5, Asp.net, C# etc. Having a year experience in web-development would be consider as plus
Basic knowledge of Html and Designs and development tools and technologies
Exceptional Command Over MS Office 97/XP2002/XP2003 specially on i.e.
MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power Point
Command over MS Project or any other project management tool

Academic / Educational Requirements:

Must be Graduate or Masters

BS in CS / BCS / MCS / MS

Only Computer Science background candidate will be qualify
