Job Description:
Required Senior Software Engineer
HiQuSystems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Paradigm Software Technologies, Inc; provider of business application software for Advertising Agencies, Marketing Services, Public Relations and Consulting organizations worldwide, headquartered in New York City, is looking for .NET Senior Software Engineers for its office in Islamabad. Our product offering is an integrated, enterprise web based solution that automates project management, resource management, project accounting, project budgeting, billing, employee time and expenses, media management, work flow automation, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Application development using .NET and supporting technologies
Demonstrated proficiency to plan and deliver quality code on time.
Work independently and as a team member
Define and document business requirements for verification from the offshore team and then document detail specifications for programming
Handle multiple tasks and prioritize them with the input from management
Liaise with senior management and offshore team
Provide end user technical support when required
* Education Bachelors (MS / MCS / BS / BCS )
Skills Required:
* 4-year Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences from a recognized institution.
* 5+ years of experience in Web/.NET development. Prior Java experience is a plus
* Working experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XML Web Services, Serialization, and SOA / SODA
* Ability to understand and comprehend complex requirements
* Strong knowledge in design patterns and distributed systems
* Understanding of MS SQL Server and T-SQL. Be able to write stored * procedures
* Strong knowledge in OOP/OOAD development
* Experience with third party tools (ExtJS, etc.) integration is a plus
* Experience with accounting application or knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
* Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of systems development life cycle and large-scale project experience
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills
* Self motivated
* Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
* Proactive, can do attitude
* Required Technology Experience
* .NET Framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5
* ASP.NET 2.0, AJAX Toolkit & Extenders
* C# 3.0, XML Web Services, WSE, WCF/WF
* SQL Server 2005/2008, T-SQL
* JavaScript Scripting, JSON, jQuery/YUI
