General Requirements:

Must possess a Bachelor or a Master degree in related area
Strong understanding of Software Engineering Process and OOP Concepts
Highly professional and disciplined
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Take ownership and pride in work
Able to produce quality work within tight timelines
Related certification
Prior experience of offshore projects will be a plus

Technical Requirements:

The job specific description for this role is as under:

2-3 years experience in relevant field
Strong skills and experience in Visual C++
Well versed with Microsoft .NET framework, ASP.NET (using VB.NET/C#), ADO.NET
Expertise in MS Access and MS SQL Server
Strong knowledge of web-oriented development (HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT)
Abreast with N-Tier architecture, designing and implementation of Web Services
Exposure to wireless devices programming would be a plus
