| Job Description/ Responsibilities | Providing Hardware and O/S Software support of the HP classic products (PA RISC) & Integrity systems MC/Service Guard Knowledge (Cluster Environment) Providing support of the storage including Fibre-Channel SANs like EVA5000/8000 The right candidate must: Has the ability to conduct training courses for customers and in-house Has knowledge of shell scripting Has knowledge of LVM (eg. Mirroring) Ability to troubleshoot HP-UX Server Ability to provide mission critical support Performing technical editing / presales support Knowledgeable of 3rd party application such as Veritas, Legato, Networker, Omni backup Knowledgeable of other UNIX/L |
