1. Receive calls from people interested in lowering the interest rates on their unsecured debt & becoming debt free.
2. Verify customer information where necessary
3. Describe services to potential customers or 'leads' highlighting benefits & advantages
4. Enroll potential customers into our program over the phone by developing a customized plan for them using our Debt Plan Calculator (Company Software)
5. Respond to questions professionally making sure customer is 100% satisfied with the answers.
6. Maintenance of customer/potential customer contacts on PD/PBX/CRM
7. Follow up on initial contacts if necessary.
8. Maintain records of telephonic interactions including recordings of potential leads.
9. Achieve floor targets
1) Proficient in relevant computer applications, for example (internet, MS Excel 2003 & 2007, CRMs)
2) Fluent English - ability to understand & converse with UK/US/AUS prospects.
3) Good keyboard skills
4) Knowledge of sales principles and methods, knowledge of customer service principles and practices
