Required Technical Team Lead



ESOLPK Web and Programming Services Division seeks an experienced technical Team Lead to join our Growing Technical team based in Islamabad. You will be supervising web and software projects of small, medium and large scale for our domestic and international customers.

You must have a solid background in IT projects management and development(minimum of 5-6 years) within a disciplined development environment with responsibility of handling teams of 3+. You must have a proven track record of IT delivery achievements ideally within the Web and Programming Services area.

A reputable software house background is required with excellent skills in IT development estimating, planning, control and reporting techniques. You must also have a solid understanding of development life cycles and quality assurance with experience of writing quality plans for projects. You must be a polished professional, with excellent communication skills with a strong work ethics and the ability to communicate with clients at a senior level. Excellent motivational and team building skills are required as you will mentor and oversee team members.

*Education     Bachelors (BCS/MCS)

Experience:     5 Years(5-6 years experience of handling web and software applications)

- Strong technical skills like .NET and PHP
- Must have proven work experience in reputable software companies on various web and software projects
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Overall team leader of the technical department.
- Identify, forecast and take preventive measures, to avoid any undesirable situation.
- Keep the technical team focused and motivated.
- Take measures to increase the professional skills of the technical team.
- Make standards for the technical team to follow.
- Evaluate the performances of the technical team.
- Coordinate with the project steering committee or the client.
- Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team.
- Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement.
- Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance.
- Track the progress of the project.
- Hold weekly progress meetings with the project teams.
- Prepare weekly reports for the management and the clients.
- Ensure that the project stays on the planned schedule.
- Take measures to minimize the variance in the planned progress and the actual progress.
- Ensure that proper documentation is done for the projects.
