Required Experienced Web Developers & Designers with 3 to 4 years of hosted enterprise application experience and having creative minds, strong aesthetic sense and creative designing skills sought by IT softwares & Solutions Company with headquarter in USA, Middle East and Asia. The Vacancy is open to work from home on the systems provided by red net.
We need an enthusiastic Web Application Developer and Designer with good English communications skills.
You will be working closely with major clients and the internal design team on new web projects for well known National and International companies.

Skills Required* Web Site Design (HTML, CSS, DIV)
* Proficient in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, CSS
* Creative approach towards website design layout
* Must be able to design unique web graphics in Web 2.0
* Familiar with latest web design trends
* Experience in Web-based graphic design
* Experience in web interface design
* Java and Object Oriented (OO) programming.
* GWT (Google Web Toolkit)
* Hibernate (ORM - object relational mapping)
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Ajax.
* Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss
* MySQL and good understand of relational databases and theories
* Eclipse, SVN (Subversion Controller)
* Skills that will put you in better position (some or all)
* DWR Ajax tool
* Good software design techniques
* Linux
