Skills Required:
Adobe CS 4 with border less CSS web 2.0 designs ( Flash , Photoshop, etc)
CMS like Wordpress , Joomla, & custom PHP , Asp, Cfm, .net development
Expertise with XML, XML Schema, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Databases like SQL / Oracle
SEO Google words / adsense.
