Finding right Jobs:

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and deploying on Blackberry and should have the ability to present a portfolio of commercial grade application(s) for the Blackberry OS. The candidate will join the web team at our Karachi office in Pakistan.

Clear visualization and conceptualization skills: the project is large and being able to keep a strong mental model of how all the components fit in together is a necessity.

Develop mobile software following technical specifications, in the required languages. Design and deliver technical solutions in line with the production plan. Regularly record project progress on production system and implement action necessary to ensure it matches the original specification and meets company quality standards. Ensure version, backup and archiving procedures are completed during the life-cycle of each project in line with the company standards.

Undertake post project review on each project to identify knowledge learned and develop process improvements.

Able to convey and push the team to build the framework for their module, test it, and then start elaborating on the details of it. Knowledge of deadlocking, mutex, bottlenecks and ability to identify and avoid resource contention.
 
 
 
Proven ability to produce quality documents using a variety of media, text and tools with a minimum of errors

Blackberry JDE, SDK versions 4.2 and above
Experience using C, Objective-C, or C++,
Comfortable with tight schedules and rapid development cycles
Familiar with object-oriented design and
client-server applications.

PHP (Object Oriented background) / MySQL (Database Knowledge) / CSS / JavaScript (Basic Design sense)
