1) The candidate must have 3+ years experience in Dot Net (C#, Windows application, SQL Server 2000 / 2005 / 2008)
2) The candidate must be strong in OOPs concepts Details
* Strong Windows applications development experience using Dot Net
* Strong multithreaded programming experience
* Strong user interface development experience
* Strong object oriented design skills
* Strong analytical & debugging Skills
* Strong SQL server concepts & techniques
* Strong understanding of development of distributed system
* Experience with WPF & Silverlight is a plus
* Complete understanding of system design procedures
* Experience of any of the technologies like MS Composite Application Block (CAB), Enterprise Library, N-hibernate, Java et.
* Experience and knowledge of MS SQL server, Oracle 9i/10g and RDBMS
* Understanding of UML & other modeling languages and CASE tools
* Coding, debugging, troubleshooting & programming exposure
* Functional concepts of business processes and implementation of any of the process
* Ability to perform R&D with new methodologies and techniques
Skills Required:
* Ability to work under pressure
* Team oriented & self motivated
* Ability to manage projects and related tasks
