Job Description:
* Developing software that meets requirements and adherence to performance standards and best practices
* Facilitating refinement and elaboration of requirements and design
* Writing quality code that minimizes rework
* Creating and performing unit testing
* Facilitation in performing impact analysis against software change requests
* Facilitation in developing specifications and creating other process artifacts

Skills Required:
* BCS/BS or equivalent
* Preferably 1 years experience in software engineering. Fresh graduates may also apply
* Expertise in core Java, especially in J2EE
* Knowledge or experience in relevant frameworks or technologies such as Struts, Hibernate, Spring etc. would be considered a plus
* Strong object-oriented skills
* A problem solving attitude and ability to think out of the box
* Strong commitment to quality
* Good communication skills
* Excellent team player
* Drive to excel and deliver
