Wali Systems (Pvt) Limited urgently needs an experienced customer support representative (CSR) that has technical software engineering background. Technical background is highly preferred but if you have good CSR experience and have provided support in IT domain and does not have a degree in computer science, you can still apply. We will evaluate your skills at the time of the interview. Prior experience of working in a BPO, or call center is highly preferred. Experience of working in a simlar role in an IT firm is also acceptable.
1. You must have excellent English speaking skills (North American accent preferred)
2. You must be very disciplined, organized, and punctual
3. You must have good professional attitude and excellent temperament
4. You must be willing to work during the night shift (to provide support to the clients in the US that are in the US East coast time zone)
5. You must have CRM experience. You must have experience in any one of the popular CRM tools like sugarcrm, zohocrm, insightly, salesforce, or MS CRM.
6. You must have excellent email etiquette.
7. You must be able to work independantly with minimal supervision. Thus you must he highly motivated.
We are a software development firm and provide services to the clients in the USA. We run marketing campaigns that include online Adverts. People contact us via phone and email. The selected candidate will receive calls and answer client queries. You will also respond via emails and online chat. If you don't have technical background, you will simply interact with the clients and direct them to the technical staff if you are not able to answer their queries. If you have IT background, that will be a big plus and you stand an excellent chance of being hired for this position. If you work from home, we will pay for the Internet, phone, etc.
We pay excellent salary and performance based bonuses. We are a multinational firm with office in the USA and Lahore.
This is not a freelancing job. Selected candidate will work as a full time employee of our company. Since we are based out of Lahore, we will consider candidates from Lahore only at this time or those who can relocate to Lahore.
