The person must be able to create websites that are user friendly and attractive using coding such as HTML, XML and CSS with create content, such as text, and insert images, such as graphics and photos.
The person must be able to manipulate images and special offer banners into websites and also able to use other software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Java.

* Strong Windows applications development experience using Dot Net
* Strong multithreaded programming experience
* Strong user interface development experience
* Strong object oriented design skills
* Strong analytical & debugging Skills
* Strong SQL server concepts & techniques
* Strong understanding of development of distributed system
* Ability to perform R&D with new methodologies and techniques
