Built a team a sales force team (20 to 30 people).
Responsible for the overall vision, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team under direct supervision. Will be engaged in selling individual / group life policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Assign employees to specific duties to include a daily checklist
- Hiring of direct sales staff
Encourage, assist, and train employees to become a motivated sales force
- Making frequent sales visits to customers through face to face meetings, proposal follow-ups & negotiation
