Job Description/
Responsibilities
Contracts „X Set up the leasing strategy „X Propose prospective income as per market range „X Propose most effective leasing as per existing layout or propose alternative strategies „X Provide different rent proposals (fixed rent, escalating, percentage ) „X Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective clients „X Implement contract terms „X Maximize income through additional short term leasing (signage, walls, etc) „X Propose feasibility for alternative leasing options in case of dead/unleasable areas Customer Service and Tenant Relation „X Co-ordinate with tenants on queries „X Respond to complaints „X Ensure that terms of tenants operational manual are observed „X Co-ordinate fit out changes with facilities and contractor „X Co-ordinate with government authorities with regards to licenses/approvals/ new rules and implementations „X Ensure retail customer satisfaction through communication „X Set up and implement mall operational regulations Marketing „X Set up in liaison with Property Manager and Marketing department the proposed annual marketing plan „X Prepare marketing events in co-ordination with retailers and event company „X Provide strategies for most effective retail contribution during marketing event „X Arrange sponsorship of events „X Provide proposal for additional cross marketing ie through customer loyalty program „X Prepare customer survey and analyze Budget „X Propose expected retail income „X Propose capex expenses in liaison with facilities management to improve common retail areas
